Q: What about Covid-19?
A: If you are in quarantine or have been diagnosed with covid at the time of the conference your registration fee will be refunded (with appropriate documentation). We do not expect to cancel the conference due to covid concerns, but in the unlikely event that local government mandates cancellation, we will refund registration fees entirely OR provide a virtual streaming option with meal costs refunded. If you are purchasing airfare, most airlines have a covid refund/transfer policy, but check with your airline for details or purchase a refundable flight. If you book a hotel room at Holiday Inn, room fees will be refunded entirely if the in-person event is cancelled due to a government mandate.
Q: Do I have to wear a mask?
A: Yes. All attendees are required to wear a mask during the conference.
Q: Are Covid-19 vaccinations mandatory?
A: Although vaccinations and boosters are recommended, they are not required.
